We have received a message from our saas/hosting provider.
The SaaS/Hosting servers can be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance.

On Monday, July 4, 2022, scheduled maintenance will be performed on the load balancer cluster.

This is planned maintenance for refreshing the firmware of the load balancer cluster.

Start: Monday 04-07-2022 at 22:00
End: Monday 04-07-2022 at 23:59

This maintenance will affect our services: Sentia Cloud (both Azure and vCloud). A minimal impact is expected.
Minor interruptions may occur during the maintenance. Should this happen, the interruptions are not expected to last longer than a few seconds to a few minutes.

The risk is classified as medium. Proper preparations have been made, and tests have been performed. In addition, the maintenance schedule includes a roll-back scenario.
Besides good preparations, Sentia always considers the possibility that unexpected situations may arise, which may prevent the completion of the maintenance. In that case, a second time has been scheduled to complete the maintenance if necessary.
