We have received a message from our saas/hosting provider.
The SaaS/Hosting servers can be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance.

On Monday, July 4, 2022, scheduled maintenance will be performed on the load balancer cluster.

This is planned maintenance for refreshing the firmware of the load balancer cluster.

Start: Monday 04-07-2022 at 22:00
End: Monday 04-07-2022 at 23:59

This maintenance will affect our services: Sentia Cloud (both Azure and vCloud). A minimal impact is expected.
Minor interruptions may occur during the maintenance. Should this happen, the interruptions are not expected to last longer than a few seconds to a few minutes.

The risk is classified as medium. Proper preparations have been made, and tests have been performed. In addition, the maintenance schedule includes a roll-back scenario.
Besides good preparations, Sentia always considers the possibility that unexpected situations may arise, which may prevent the completion of the maintenance. In that case, a second time has been scheduled to complete the maintenance if necessary.

We received word from our hosting partner:

Dear Sir or Madam,
We would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance on the power feeds in NL-AZ1 (AM6 Datacenter)

Please be advised that Equinix and our approved contractor will be performing preventive maintenance on its main low-voltage distribution panels at our datacenter. This maintenance involves switching the primary or redundant power supply(s) to multiple cabinets off for a time frame of 8 hours. After the maintenance is completed the power supply will be switched back on.

During this maintenance window we will lose power to the A-feed to our racks for up to 8 hours. We examined all devices for their number of connected power supplies.
Almost all devices in our racks have dual power supplies, these devices will lose one of their PSU, but will keep their power supply, albeit with reduced redundancy during the maintenance.

Start: Saturday June 25th 22:00 CEST
End: Sunday June 26th 06:00 CEST

No downtime or functional impact is expected during the maintenance. Devices with double power feeds will continue to operate with reduced redundancy.
Devices with a single power feed will be switched to the non-affected power feed before maintenance, so will not be affected during maintenance.

The risk is classified as medium. There will be a reduced redundancy for most (double-feeded) devices. This maintenance is mandatory and will be carried out by Equinix. (owner datacenter)

A critical P0 incident was declared at approximately 06:34AM UTC. Connectivity in Cloudflare’s network has been disrupted in broad regions.
Eyeballs attempting to reach Cloudflare sites in impacted regions will observe 500 errors. The incident impacts all data plane services in our network.
We will continue updating you when we have more information.
