Recommended to subscribe to the Customer Portal service and the individual services per datacenter location your Ultimo environment is running on. In the customer portal, under cloud environments you can find which region your Ultimo environment is hosted.

If an incident occurs, we will communicate the status of the incident on this page on a regular basis.
