This morning around 0600 hours you may have had to deal with reduced accessibility to your Ultimo environment.

The cause of this problem was not within our cloud platform but turned out to be a routing error in a node in Finland. As a result, Internet traffic to your Ultimo environment may have been disrupted and you were unable to use your Ultimo environment.

This problem has been resolved.
